STEP 1
Book your visit
Choose an available appointment using our online booking form.
- Each booking is for one family
- You can include multiple children in a single booking
- Please provide the name and age of each child attending
- Choose a convenient appointment time from those available
Appointments are limited, so booking in advance is essential. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the details and instructions for delivering your presents.
STEP 2
Prepare a present
Santa loves a little help from the grown-ups!
Parents or guardians are responsible for purchasing and supplying the presents for their own children.
- Buy a present for each child attending
- Wrap each present individually
- Clearly label each present with the child’s first name
- Please make sure the labels are securely attached and easy to read
You know your children best, so you can choose something you know they’ll love. Santa will take care of the magic!
STEP 3
Drop off your presents
We need a little time to get everything ready before the big day.
Please arrange to deliver your wrapped and labelled presents to us in advance, following the instructions in your booking confirmation.
This gives us time to organise everything so that Santa has the right present ready for each child when they arrive.
Please don’t bring presents with you on the day unless we’ve agreed this with you beforehand.
STEP 4
Arrive at your appointment
On the day, simply bring the family along at your allocated time.
- Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment
- Allow time to get everyone ready before entering
- Let us know if you are running late or need to cancel
- Please follow any instructions from the organisers when you arrive
Each family has a 15-minute visit with Santa, followed by preparation time before the next family arrives. This helps us give everyone a relaxed and personal experience.
STEP 5
Meet Santa!
Now for the exciting bit!
Santa will be waiting to welcome your family into his grotto.
There’ll be time to say hello, have a little chat, share some Christmas wishes and, of course, receive those specially prepared presents.
Every child is different, so there’s no pressure to sit on Santa’s lap, pose for photographs or do anything they’re uncomfortable with. We want everyone to feel happy and at ease.
STEP 6
A festive treat for the grown-ups too!
We haven’t forgotten the adults!
While the children enjoy their visit, parents and grown-ups can enjoy a little festive hospitality.
We’ll have mince pies and warming mulled wine available, along with a non-alcoholic alternative.
It’s our little way of saying thank you for joining in and helping make this a special community occasion.
A festive treat for the grown-ups too!
While the children enjoy meeting Santa, the grown-ups can relax with a mince pie and a warming mulled wine, or maybe a non-alcoholic option.
